Return Policy

All items, except furniture, custom cushions, mobility products/wheelchairs, refrigerators, and televisions, or any electronics that have been engraved, may be returned within 30 days of purchase for merchandise credit.  

Clothing Items may be returned even if we have applied name labels, as long as the items have not been worn, soiled, laundered, or altered.

All items must be in their original manufacturer packaging in order to receive credit.  Electronics must be in new condition and never have been used.  

All furniture (including chairs, recliners, lift chairs, electric beds, and bedroom furniture), and all manual wheelchairs, wheelchair cushions, and power wheelchairs are custom built-to-order and therefore non-returnable and orders are non-cancellable.  Restocking fees may apply to returns.

Special order items & PPE are final sale.
