If the order is being billed to a Trust Account, Facility, or Guardianship Agency, we do not need to wait to receive payment before shipping the order. These parties will have Net 30 terms and can mail a check anytime during that period. We can either fax or email a copy of the invoice immediately upon placing the order. A copy will also always be included in the shipment.
If a family member is paying for the purchase, we can take Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express and ship immediately. If a family member would rather mail a check, we will simply hold the order until receiving the check and ship out upon receipt.
