Most items are in stock for shipment within 1-3 business days. Custom-built furniture and other larger items will be shipped via LTL freight carriers and generally arrive within 1-4 weeks of placing the order. Recliners take 4-6 weeks to custom build before shipping.
Please examine your purchases upon receipt and call us immediately if there has been damage during transit. If there has been damage, please do not throw out any of the packaging that the item(s) arrived in.
