Resident Essentials offers Free Shipping on all clothing orders $100 and over!

Orders under $100 will be charged a $15 shipping fee.

Larger items, such as custom-built furniture, televisions, artwork, and mobility products will be charged shipping, which will be calculated at the time of purchase.

Rewards orders will be charged a shipping fee of the greater of $15 or 5% of the order.

Most items are in stock for shipment within 1-3 business days. Custom-built furniture and other larger items will be shipped via LTL freight carriers and generally arrive within 1-4 weeks of placing the order. Recliners take 4-6 weeks to custom build before shipping.

Please examine your purchases upon receipt and call us immediately if there has been damage during transit. If there has been damage, please do not throw out any of the packaging that the item(s) arrived in.
